Proof that automotive history can be fun is the big smiles on everyone attending the WSAH annual meeting at the Wisconsin Automobile Museum.

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind for us. It started with a visit to the Wisconsin Automobile Museum in Hartford, Wis., where we dropped in on the annual meeting of the Wisconsin Society of Automotive Historians. The big news from the WSAH is that it joined forces with Green Bay TV personality Tommy Kujava of “Wheels” to create a video about noted collector Gene Grengs.

Gene Grengs is the owner of the “Carnival of Cars” in Eau Claire, Wis., and the filmed interview with him is a first effort on the part of the auto history group to sit down and talk with noted car collectors from the Badger State.

The video has been posted on You Tube! Those who want to see it in its entirety can visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6uxdBoDMK8.

WSAH also plans to sell actual copies of the video to anyone who wants a permanent copy. For details on availability, pricing and ordering contact WSAH president Ken Nimmocks at 3765 Spring Green Rd., Green Bay, WI 54313-7565. Phone: (920) 865-4004 or email: knimocks@netnet.net.
