Cadillac museum hosts a shortened and safe 2021 Cadillac Fall Festival September 24-25
Hickory Corners, MI – The 11th Annual Cadillac Fall Festival will be held September 24 & 25 at the Cadillac Museum on the Gilmore Car Museum campus in Hickory Corners, Michigan. It is sponsored by the Cadillac LaSalle Club Museum & Research Center in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Kalamazoo. The 2021 Cadillac Fall Festival will be a fun-filled, family-friendly, safe event with a special program just for this year.
This year’s event will include opportunities to explore the Cadillac Museum, see Cadillacs from the early days to today, rides in period Cadillacs, live music from That Beatles Thing, outdoor BBQ dinner, car show and Evolution of Cadillac Design Awards Ceremony featuring several Cadillac Studio Chief Designers.
This year’s Chief Judge is Kip Wasenko who was a Chief Designer of the Cadillac Studio and is best known for the design of Cadillac Evoq that was offered to the public as the XLR. During his illustrious 40-year career at GM Design, he was also Chief Designer of Saturn, Chevrolet Studio, Oldsmobile Studio, Advance Studio, and the GM Performance Division.
Special cars displayed, courtesy of GM Design, will include the 1953 LeMans, 1959 Cyclone, 1999 Evoq, 2003 Sixteen, and 2011 Ciel. There will also be a special display of Cadillac station wagons from the 1940s to the 1980s plus the recent Sport Wagon. This event is the chance to see some of the best Cadillacs, LaSalles, modified Cadillacs, and preserved originals from 1903 to 2021.
