March 10: Bonhams’ The Amelia Island Auction will be held at the Fernandina Beach Golf Club on Amelia Island. Early highlights include a 1924 Bentley 3-Liter Red Label Speed Model tourer, 1933 Maserati 8C 3000 Biposto, 1957 Ferrari 275GTB/4, 1960 Maserati 3500GT Spider and Bob Lutz’s 1935 Riley MPH Two-seater sports car. March 10-12: RM Sotheby’s, official auction house of the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance, will hold its 18th annual sale there at 11 a.m. on March 12 at the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island. The single-day auction will feature 100 blue-chip collector cars, including a 1927 Avions-Voisin C14 Lumineuse, 1932 Ford Model 18 Edsel Ford speedster, 1931 Marmon Sixteen convertible sedan, 1989 Porsche 930 Turbo and a 2003 Aston Martin DB AR1.
