Old Cars We’d Buy That: 1926 Dodge Woodie
Whatever it is, it’s one of the most unique “woodies” you’ll ever see. The seller calls it “A one-of-a-kind! Originally a 1926 Dodge Roadster.
Go ahead and say it. We said the same thing.
'What the heck is that??!!"
We couldn't even hazard a guess at first, but the classified listing in our Old Cars Marketplace says this fabulous piece of fabrication is a 1926 Dodge, so we'll go with that.
Whatever it is, it's one of the most unique "woodies" you'll ever see. The seller calls it "A one-of-a-kind! Originally a 1926 Dodge Roadster... The cowl, hood, and fenders were professionally restored and painted with top-quality PPG paint. The wood work was designed and built by master craftsman Clayton Brown. This is not a freeway cruiser. It's a show car/parade car. Great to give the grandkids a ride in!"
None of the staffers at Old Cars have grandkids yet, but when we do, this is the kind of car we want to drive them around in!
