The Savoy is celebrating American Art Deco through July 31st
The Savoy Automobile Museum’s new exhibit “American Art Deco” running April 5-July 31, 2022.
Cartersville, GA - The Savoy Automobile Museum announced a new exhibit opening on April 5, 2022, American Art Deco. The American Art Deco exhibit showcases some of the incredible automobiles produced during the 1930s and early 1940s. As you walk through the gallery, take in the streamlined geometric shapes, the glamour, and luxury represented in this specially curated collection of vehicles. These works of art are an intentional modern departure from earlier inventions.
This exhibit is possible because of the museum's friends at the Richard H. Driehaus Collection at Chicago Vintage Motor Carriage, Chicago, IL, along with the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum in Auburn, IN, the NB Center for American Automotive Heritage in Allentown, PA; and from Ron Schneider in Milwaukee, WI. A list of cars to be showcased in this exhibit are listed below. American Art Deco will be on display until July 31, 2022.
