Below are the impressive marquee collections that will cross the block at Villa Erba.
The Aurora Collection: An astounding collection that spans 68 years of automotive history and encompasses a remarkable selection of historic and modern supercars. Important examples include a 1956 Ferrari 500 TR Spider by Scaglietti, a 1961 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Berlinetta by Scaglietti, a 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 by Scaglietti, a 1973 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spider by Scaglietti, and a 2019 Ferrari Monza SP1. There are also two spectacular Mercedes-Benzes on offer from the collection, including a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing and a 1956 Mercedes-Benz 300 Sc Roadster. The collection has largely been hidden from the public eye in Sweden and has never been displayed nor shown at any concours. Many examples boast exceptional histories and low mileages, making them rare finds in the marketplace. The entire collection is offered without reserve.
The Black On Black Collection: A remarkable single-owner collection of five immaculate Ferrari Testarossa and 512 derivatives. All five cars are presented in black paint over black leather interiors, with the collection led by the 1996 Ferrari F512 M, followed by a 1992 Ferrari 512 TR, 1987 Ferrari Testarossa ‘Monodado’, 1986 Ferrari Testarossa ‘Monospecchio’, and a 1989 Ferrari Testarossa. The collection is rare, and black Ferraris, in general, are few, making this a unique opportunity for collectors.
The M Power Collection: Featuring standout models from various generations of BMW's legendary M3 & M4, this collection covers five generations and 22 years of BMW M cars, with each example being the ultimate edition of their respective model. The collection includes a 1990 BMW M3 Sport Evolution, a 2003 BMW M3 CSL, a 2010 BMW M3 GTS, a 2016 BMW M4 GTS, and a 2022 BMW M4 CSL.
The Piccolo Collection: This all-Italian collection is to be offered without reserve and boasts some of the most beautiful pre-and post-war examples.
Other incredible offerings include two of the most iconic Ferrari competition cars of all-time, each available for the first time in over ten years. The 1972 Ferrari 312 PB is a highly original car that achieved multiple overall victories during the 1972 World Sportscar Championship season. Another highlight is the stunning 1949 Ferrari 166 MM Barchetta, which boasts a rich history including appearances at the Mille Miglia and Paris Motor Show, and is considered the foundational model that put Ferrari on the map.
