‘Pawn Stars’ cast at Barrett-Jackson auction with 1915 Ford

The 4th Annual Las Vegas Collector Car Auction will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino this weekend, Sept. 22-24, 2011, making it the last stop of the 40th Anniversary Celebration Tour. This automotive lifestyle event will feature a variety of customs, classics, exotics, Hot Rods, Resto-Mods and original collector vehicles available for purchase.

One highlight for History Channel fans... The cast of the top-rated cable program “Pawn Stars” -- Rick Harrison, Richard “The Old Man” Harrison, Corey Harrison and Austin "Chumlee" Russel -- will bring their negotiating skills to the Barrett-Jackson auto auction on Sept. 22.

The “Pawn Stars” cast will be on the auction block when they auction a prized possession of the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, an original 1915 Ford Model T wagon-taxi, in front of more than 50,000 collector car fans. The car, which was featured in a recent episode of “Pawn Stars” has been beautifully restored and lightly modified.

It features an original frame, wood body, fenders, running boards and an original brass radiator shell. It also features many more original parts. Other features of the car include upgraded 12-volt electrical system, custom vinyl interior, upgraded 10-bolt rear end, opening tailgate, electrical start, seatbelts, 3-speed automatic C4 transmission, 4 cylinder quad tech motor, 4-wheel power disc brakes, functional brake lights and turn signals, opening windshield, custom wheels and a stereo system.
