GREENBELT, Md. _ The Potomac Region Cadillac & LaSalle Club will be celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the 1941 Cadillac by hosting the Capitol Cadillac Car Show. The show will be held Sunday, Oct. 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Capitol Cadillac in Greenbelt.
Along with 1976 Cadillacs, 1941 Cadillacs are the most owned Cadillacs in the Cadillac & LaSalle Club. Every 1941 Cadillac owner is encouraged to attend. Each 1941 Cadillac owner who pre-registers will receive a framed certificate of appreciation. Peer judging will be done by the owners of the vehicles registered. They will be able to judge cars in all classes, including their own. Awards will be given to winning vehicles in each class, including two special classes for the 1941 Cadillacs.In addition, there will be awards for Best of Show, Best Pre-War, Best Post-War (early), Best Pre-War (late) Dealer’s Choice, Ladies’ Choice, Mayor’s Choice, Young Judges’ Choice and Long Distance.
A dinner will be held at a nearby restaurant the night before the show for out-of-town attendees.
