ATLANTA, Ga. – The Atlanta Concours d’Elegance has named motorsports announcer Bob Varsha as its 2017 Honoree. Best known for his 25-year tenure covering the Formula One World Championship, Varsha is one of the premier television commentators of the automotive world.
This year’s Atlanta Concours is set for Sept. 30-Oct. 1. It will feature a field of 150 entrants, as well as debut an all-new program to honor exceptional "high interest" vehicles that partake in the weekend’s “Driver’s at the Chateau” event. Chief Judge Keith Martin and Varsha will lead a group of judges in choosing Saturday’s inaugural ‘Magnificent Seven’ vehicles to participate on the show field in Sunday’s Concours d’Elegance within their own special class.
