AACA Museum, Inc. to welcome Lynn Paxton and the ‘Ardun Hemi Conversion’ presentation on February 20th

On February 20, 2021 the AACA Museum, Inc. will hold a presentation on the ‘Ardun Hemi Conversion’ by Eastern Museum of Motor Racing curator, Lynn Paxton.

Hershey, Penn. -  On Saturday, Feb. 20th at 10 a.m., Lynn Paxton, Eastern Museum of Motor Racing Curator and renowned racing champion, presents "The history, specifics, and anecdotes of the Ardun hemispherical head design flat head Ford conversion" at the AACA Museum, Inc.

Lynn will discuss:

  • Design history; reasons for it, pros and cons, Allard connection, US and England production
  • How the Ardun design relates to the Chrysler Hemi design
  • Ardun Hemi relevance to other high-performance engines
  • R&D in dirt track racing
  • Local racing history
