Old Cars We’d Buy That: 1985 Commemorative Edition Cadillac Seville

Looking for posh styling and comfort of an ’80s Caddy? Look no further than this 1985 Commemorative Edition Cadillac Seville.

The Bustleback styling on Cadillacs of this era is probably an acquired taste. It definitely falls in the "Love it or Hate it" category.

But if you are into Caddys of that era, it's tough to beat this baby — a rare 1985 Commemorative Edition Seville. The two-tone leather interior is crazy. The plush carpeting and woodgrain all over the place is crazy. This is just a pretty crazy (and VERY plush) ride all the way around. The seller claims the car is in great shape and shows only 59,000-plus miles on the odometer. It's got a couple hiccups — the power antenna doesn't work and the air conditioning needs a conversion. We'd try to use those two issues to have him knock a few bucks off the $7,000 asking price, but the seller says the price is firm.

This was an expensive ride in its day and still an awful lot of car for the money. Here's hoping the new owner takes good care of her!
