The Lincoln Mark series exhibit at the Forney Museum of Transportation in Denver opened on May 1 and runs thru the end of July.

The Forney Transportation Museum (www.forneymuseum.org) is a one-of-a-kind collection with over 500 artifacts and vehicles related to transportation history. The museum began with antique cars, but expanded to include transport of all kinds. Some of these are familiar, while others spark the imagination.

Special exhibits are presented at the Forney Museum several times each year. Starting on May 1 and continuing through July 31, the Lincoln Mark series of cars will be in the spotlight at the museum in Denver, Colo.

Another exhibit coming up this summer will honor the World War II military vehicles that participated in the D-Day invasion. Also on tap later in the year is a Buick exhibit

The best way to keep up with the museum’s special exhibits is to sign up for a membership. Those who do receive special discounts on museum events, their name displayed near their favorite vehicle, discounted tickets for friends and family, a sneak preview of all museum exhibits, free souvenirs and more.

Email volunteer@forneymuseum.org for more membership information.
