1975 CHEVROLET Camaro, V-8
  FEATURES  1975 CHEVROLET Camaro, V-8
CAMARO — (SIX/V-8) — ALL SERIES — The Camaro featured a new, wraparound backlight for 1975. It provided a 10 percent increase in rear visibility. The Z/28 ‘Special Performance Package’ was (temporarily) dropped, but the Rally Sport option was reissued to fill the gap. Standard equipment echoed that of the previous season, plus High-Energy ignition and the catalytic converter. The RS added Rally wheels; radial tuned suspension; specific ornamentation and graphics including black paint accents for the grille; hood; front fendertops; headlamp bezels; window reveal area; forward sail panels and roof header. Engine selections were down to just three EPA-era choices: improved 140 cid/105 hp six; RPO L65 350 cid/145 hp two-barrel V-8 (not available in cars for California sale) and the RPO LM1 350 cid/155 hp four-barrel V-8 (in California and high-altitude counties only).
